SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

The Infinity Logistics SMS Program sends text messages to people who have opted in. Depending on the consent you give, messages may include:

• Customer care: quote follow-ups, dispatch notifications, and load status and delivery updates.
• Marketing (separate opt-in only): truck capacity announcements and service offers.

2. How to Opt In

You can join the program by checking an SMS consent checkbox on a form at infinitylogistics.io/contact.html or on our home page and submitting your mobile number. Checkboxes are unchecked by default, and marketing messages require their own separate checkbox. You may also give express consent directly to our team. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your quotes, shipments and the consent you gave.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you, according to your mobile carrier plan. Infinity Logistics does not charge for the text messages.

5. How to Opt Out

Text STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. After you opt out you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again:

Infinity Logistics: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

You can also opt out by calling 707-717-4444 or emailing info@infinitylogistics.io.

6. How to Get Help

7. Supported Carriers & Liability

The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
